Always read the label

Always read the label (pink)

Always read the label (x4)

So, whilst we’ve been busy getting stuff on eBay we’ve also been tinkering away with some new stuff..

‘Always read the label’ is one of the sound bits of advice that plenty of people choose to ignore until it’s a little too late. Usually it’s referring to medicines or somesuch but in this case it’s pertaining to the young lady with ‘Danger!’ on her top. Despite her dubious attractions to ignore such advice can only lead to trouble…

She’s from an edition of 5 and is an eminently frameable A3 in size. She’s been completed using the magic of screen printing, paint pens, spraypaint and stencils. Signed on reverse.

There isn’t much I can offer in explanation of the motivation behind this piece other than we found a piece of paper containing the words in our house after a night’s partying. I couldn’t begin to explain exactly what the writing is about other than I’m pretty sure it ties into some drunken conversation we will have been having. I realise it’s an odd little piece but it is what it is an i quite like it as it goes…

It’s made using acrylic and spray paint. It’s a generous A2 in size and is signed on the reverse.

Hell Yeah!

Hell Yeah!

Hell Yeah!

Hell Yeah indeed! This guy looks like he’s got the idea – hands raised aloft with a massive grin plastered across his face. To tell you the truth this picture is based on me after winning a particularly taxing game of Snap, who says I’m not a gracious winner!!
