Pretty misery

Pretty misery

Pretty misery

This picture started off as a little something to do on a rainy Sunday. With the rain lashing the window, water was all I could see from my lounge. So it was to the watercolour paints i went which usually stay hidden away due to the absolute lack of skill I possess at using them. Then to compound the issue I decided to try and recreate skin tone – even though the last time I tried this I ended up with something akin to a beige black hole.

Well, with that looming over me it took me a long while later until I came up with anything. Finally it became this picture of a topless woman staring at the floor. It was Sunday after all…

Cheers

F**ked Up And Flawed

F**ked Up And Flawed

F**ked Up And Flawed

Nobody’s perfect are they? We all have our weaknesses and are slightly defective in one way or other. Some more than others but that’s just the way of the world. Surely the discrepancies and inconsistencies are a large part of what makes us what we are? Are they not something to be celebrated and explored? Other than being male I can entirely put myself in the position of this young lady who appears to have had one too many but at least still seems to be enjoying herself somewhat. Make of it what you will…

F**k Vestiphobia

F**k Vestiphobia

F**k Vestiphobia

I definitely think i’m more of a vestiphobe than a gymnophobe. Just in case you didn’t know, gymnophobia is the irrational fear of nudity (they may worry excessively about seeing others naked or being seen naked, or both) whilst vestiphobia is the overwhelming and irrational fear of clothing. Sometimes it all just gets a little much for me and I feel I have to divest myself of my clothing and have a little dance round the front room. Despite the fact my girlfriend calls this sexual deviance i’m sticking by the fact that i’m a sometime vestiphobe. So there you have it. That’s my defence and i’m sticking to it.
