Conditions were perfect. The boat had never been in a better state and his mind was focused. Many had said it was impossible to sail the buff single handedly but he’d prove them wrong. He had to. He’d staked his reputation and his entire life savings on proving them wrong. Now was time to open up the sails and see if he’d fall off the far side of the buff like so many were claiming.
