Ennui is a feeling of listlessness and dissatisfaction arising from a lack of anything to do or a complete dearth of excitement and poor old Princess Mona here is full of it and seems to be getting fuller still.
The existential dread that comes with the realisation that ennui is rising in oneself like a home baked sourdough loaf was just too much for Mona. To combat this she decided that she would do the stupidest thing she could think of to try and add some excitement to her life, she took off her glasses and started staring at the sun. As it was January and permanently overcast Mona didn’t quite get what she was looking instead receiving a sharp gust of cold wet wind to the face.
