Bark or Bite?
We sold another version of this picture a short while ago and then a friend got in touch saying she’d failed in her attempt to snaffle it on eBay and could she commission another from us. As it’s her birthday very shortly we sent it along as a gift in lieu of the fact that we will be unable to attend. So ‘Happy Birthday!’ You know who you are…
It’s based on an old Celtic design that was in a book which was lying around in our dearly departed studio. This was one of several designs that I was thinking of getting it done as a tattoo so I thought I’d see how it looked before I’d commit ink to skin. As i’m a fickle beast I have since changed my mind and will, in fact, be going for a photorealistic teal duck. Probably. Maybe this one will get a look in next time…
Cheers

It’s a single level stencil with acrylic, spraypaint and glitter (which doesn’t really come across in the picture). It is A3 in size and signed on the back.
here is the ebay link

Phooka
I can hardly believe we’ve still got them coming but here’s another fresh piece in id-iom demolition sale and despite the fact we’re cutting our own throats it’s still starting at just 99 pence and here’s the Ebay link.
So, the Phooka is a mythical creature from Celtic folklore and he’s got a goat’s head. That’s right, a goat’s head. He’s not to be messed with and depending on how the chips fall whenever you cross his path he may be either helpful or menacing. That’s just the way he is. And we’ve brought him bang up to date with his stylish tag that he likes to throw up in phat letters wherever he goes…
This feisty fellow is a single level screen print with much hand finishing lovingly furnished on it. It’s A3 in size and signed on the reverse.
Cheers
