Michael, George and Elton are a trio of identical triplets who each possess a modicum of magical ability. On the day they were born their grandmother whispered in to each babes ear the magic words that have never been repeated. I’m pretty sure all they can do is make frogs, dogs, cats, bats, certain lizards legs and wooden pegs and of course water rain from the sky but definitely not money. In the social media age this has been good for them but not great. The term one trick ponies has been bandied about for sure. The three take it in their stride however. They now have a very successful wooden peg business and most of their days are spent as they please. Clouds and silver linings and all that.

Robots in Disguise!

Robots in Disguise!

Michael Bay has a lot to answer for really doesn’t he? Just the other day I made the unfortunate decision to watch the 2007 Transformers film starring none other than Hollywood oddball Shia LeBeouf. I shan’t be watching any more.  Even though I started with pretty low expectations to begin with to say I was disappointed when the end credits rolled would be an understatement.

Despite the fact that Michael Bay seems to think that explosions and CGI can cover up a paper thin plot my main problem was with the design of the robots. Perhaps it’s just me but I thought they looked dreadful. I would have encouraged the military to blow them all up. And it would have given Bay a good excuse for even more explosions. The last time I saw a Transformers film was the 1986 animated Transformers: The Movie featuring the classic 80’s style of Autobot and Decepticon. Now, perhaps I’m just being sentimental but if you ask me that’s how you design an alien robot. Anyway, i’m rambling. This piece is our reply to Michael Bay. Now let’s just see what he gets back with – and I hope it’s not another sequel…

George Michael Skunk blend #3

I like George Michael. He makes me laugh. Why on earth he doesn’t just get himself a driver/chauffeur i’ll never know. If you follow the link here and scroll down to the bit where it says ‘Drugs’ you will get a quick precis of his arrests over the past few years. Now i’m not saying that he shouldn’t be able to smoke what he wants but why on earth he insists on crashing into just about everything on his way home i’m still not sure.

I liked this one so much we have even got it framed up in a nice little box frame (and it’s still for sale if anyone’s interested!)

Sometimes it’s just too easy to mock troubled celebrities…
