Make love not war

If you’ve wanted an id-iom piece but didn’t have the dollar then worry no further. We’re doing a little edition of A4 hot foil prints for £15 unframed (+ postage)

Make love not war. It’s a pretty straightforward slogan on this one and it would seem this couple is taking it all quite literally. But I think perhaps it’s worth repeating given the troubling times we find ourselves living in.
With full on wars, proxy wars and terrorism springing up all over the world a little more love would go a long way. Originally from 1960’s US counter-culture movement it’s a pretty simple anti-war sentiment that is still pretty relevant.

‘Make love not war’ is £15 unframed (+ postage). She’s a cute A4 in size and is made using the magic of imagination and reflective foil and is ready to slip into a frame if anyone wants to give her a new home.

Cheers

Coed seeks lovers

Today’s eBay piece is ‘Coed seeks lovers for sex survey’. You can check it on eBay on the link below:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/392180030910

Surely this headline must be American? We don’t use coed over here do we? Anyway I’m not sure why this girl needs to advertise for such things but who am I to stand in the way of important research? I’ll volunteer to do my bit. All she really has to do is flash those eyes and she’d get pretty much the same result.

Like the rest of this sordid little lot these pictures have been reimagined from actual news headlines. I fill my head with this grubby nonsense so you don’t have to. Vive la revolution!

As an aside I’ve used my favourite new font for the text on this called Sans Forgetica. It was developed by a multidisciplinary team of designers and behavioural scientists at RMIT University. It’s purposely more difficult to read than standard fonts as the ‘desirable difficulty’ you experience when reading it prompts your brain to engage in deeper processing. Which is both pretty cool and very fitting considering the topic. Win all round.

Make Love Not War is on A2 and has been created using the magic of spraypaint, stencils and imagination. Drop us a line if interested…

I can make love 24 hrs a day!

Today’s eBAy drop is ‘I can make love 24 hrs a day’. You can check it on the link below:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/392160475189

‘I can make love for 24hrs a day’ is the kind of claim you’d expect to hear on the Jerry Springer show. I’m pretty sure there must be some enterprising young souls out there who’ve probably given it a damn good shot. I’m sure being tanked on Viagra would probably help but I’m not sure I could handle it. Just think of the chafing.  But it’s a pretty spectacular boast all the same and would require taking the subject to bed in order to prove or disprove their claims. Which would probably be exactly what they want…

This picture has been reimagined from an actual news headline. I fill my head with this grubby nonsense so you don’t have to. Vive la revolution!

FSFO!

So we have decided to revive a bit of graffiti that was found all over the Isle of Man when we were growing up and bring it to the mean streets of London. FSFO apparently meant ‘Financial Sector F**k Off’ and was daubed on walls in the 80’s purportedly in response to the increasing growth and power of the Island’s burgeoning finance sector. Personally I always preferred the other definition of the acronym- which was that it stood for ‘Free Sex for Onchan’ (which is a small town on the Island) and the idea that sexual liberation was one thing they were willing to fight for. FSFO!

I realise this picture is a little saucy but then again we are going to need it if we are going to win the campaign for ‘Free Sex For Onchan’. It is a simple yet profound piece about sex with Onchan’s new motto emblazoned proudly across the top. In fact that’s given me a thought. Maybe we should have got some rainbow colours on there?…

Ready to earn your stripes?

Ready to earn your stripes?

Ready to earn your stripes?

Well. What can you say about this one? I’m glad to say that for once this wasn’t just a product of my overexcited mind but was actually a commission. The commissioner got it as a gift for her boyfriend. It doesn’t really have much subtlety but sometimes in the game of love that’s all that’s required. I hope it had the desired effect…

FSFO FSFO

So we’ve decided to revive a bit of graffiti that was found all over the island when we were growing up and give it a little design twist.

A notable member of the Onchan ‘new money’ set got in touch with us asking if we would help them out in this time of dire circumstances and of course we said we would. Coming from Douglas ourselves we felt we had to help out our neighbours and see if we could help turn things round for them.

Anyway, this is what we came up with for them. It is a simple yet profound piece about sex with Onchan’s new motto emblazoned proudly across the top. In fact that’s given me a thought. Maybe we should have got some rainbow colours on there?…

Disguise our bondage as we will

Disguise our bondage as we will

Disguise our bondage as we will

It is said that we are all in bondage to something or someone but this lady is taking it a little too literally. After she heard this she decided to drop all pretences and jump straight in to the somewhat murky work of BDSM. Only yesterday she was a god fearing, holier-than-thou, primary school teacher and now look at her. Oh my! How things can change!!

There are three reasons why i really wanted to paint this picture though:

1) I’d only really tried to paint leather once before which kind of worked so i decided to give it another go.

2) There are certain pics that are always at the top of our most viewed and they have words like ‘lesbian’ and ‘bondage’ in their title so i was just seeing if it is the pics themselves or the title.

3) Who doesn’t like to draw girls in bondage masks occasionally?

Be my love slave

Be my love slave? It’s not the kind of thing you hear every day now is it? She’s looking a bit surly but whether it’s a question or a statement I reckon it’s a hard offer to refuse. At least for a while. It would be rude not to.

Like the rest of this sordid little lot these pictures have been reimagined from actual news headlines. I fill my head with this grubby nonsense so you don’t have to. Vive la revolution!

I’m hooked on sex

I'm hooked on sex

I’m hooked on sex

Before you say it, I know. It sounds like the title to a Jeremy Kyle show but I have based this on a headline I read somewhere. Anyway, hypersexuality, erotomania, nymphomania, satyriasis or Don Juanism. Call it what you will but it all boils down to the same thing. And this lady has got that certain glint in her eye which means she’s looking for trouble. You have been warned.
